Having completed the Membership Class and prayerfully considered my next steps, I believe the Lord is leading me to unite with House of Praise Epicenter as a committed member. By submitting this form, I affirm the following commitments:

• Growing in Christ through prayer, study, and obedience
• Participating in worship and fellowship
• Serving with my gifts, time, and generosity
• Protecting the unity of the church through love and accountability
• Walking in grace, forgiveness, and spiritual maturity

By God’s grace and with the help of the Holy Spirit, I enter this covenant not out of obligation but out of love for Christ, for His Church, and for His calling on my life.
